Job Type: Fixed Term - 1 Year, 30 - 37 Hours
We are looking to appoint a flexible, enthusiastic and supportive team member with a passion for working in HR and a desire to give young people the best life chances. The HR Assistant will be a key member of the HR Team in this busy and vibrant Sixth Form College, reporting to the Human Resources Manager. The HR Assistant will provide a comprehensive, efficient, customer responsive HR service to the College’s managers and employees. You will be working closely with the HR and Payroll Assistant and HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment, and must not be fazed by hard work, conflicting priorities or tight deadlines. You will have a strong work ethic and be punctual and reliable. In return, we will offer you a friendly and happy work environment and flexibility in terms of your hours, wherever possible.
The HR Assistant will hold a minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, and must have previous experience in a HR Assistant role or similar, preferably within an education environment, or related sector.
