ADULT LEARNING MANAGER – FULL TIME – PERMANENT

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Adult Learning Department, supporting 19+ provision, managing tutors and support staff.

We are looking for an experienced manager to plan and co-ordinate Adult Learning Courses. You must have excellent communication skills and experience of building strong relationships with stake holders. Experience of working in a post 16 education setting, inspections and quality assurance processes is essential.

The successful candidate must be educated to degree level, with a good standard of English and Maths. A PGCE, Cert-Ed or other relevant qualifications in Education/Management is desirable but not essential.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday all year round.

The salary range for this role is NJC Support Staff pay points 30 -34 (£39,315 – £43,207). The starting salary will be dependent on experience.
