Course Content
Throughout this course, you’ll explore successful performers while enhancing your performance skills and tracking your self-development in vocal quality, timing, characterisation, gesture, mannerism and more. Immerse yourself in workshops on key practitioners like Lin-Manuel Miranda, Matthew Bourne and Frantic Assembly. You’ll learn, rehearse, and perform musical numbers from various shows, like Waitress, Hairspray, Heathers, and Les Misérables, and engage in highly creatively devised theatre workshops to create innovative performances. Choose from single or double modules, investigate practitioners’ work, develop live performance skills, and participate in group and individual performances. You’ll also learn technical elements such as performance, staging, lighting, sound, and music editing. Choosing the double option further develops your skills as you focus on community performance, creating your own variety show and original pieces for performance in the community.Your Opportunities
