Welcome to Franklin Sixth Form College, where no future aspirations are off-limits. We are dedicated to helping thousands of students pursue their ambitions, supporting academic and vocational excellence through outstanding teaching & learning underpinned by inspiring skills and personal development opportunities that set our students on a path to success.

Proudly serving our communities of North, Central and Coastal Lincolnshire; we are passionate about our role in promoting life chances in these communities. Our teachers and support cross-college staff work tirelessly to positively impact our students’ lives through specialist evidence-based education relevant to the skills needs of the local, regional and national economy.

Our broad curriculum is intertwined with and supported by a range of supporting activities and programmes designed to enable our students to achieve their career goals because every student's journey matters to us. Whether our students go on to further education or enter the UK workforce, they do so from a place of confidence in themselves and their ability to continue progressing and developing in the right direction. 

We have a fantastic reputation for 16-19 education, student performance and destinations with outstanding support which sets our students on track for a 100 per cent pass rate on all A-Level courses. As a result, over 95 per cent of Franklin students progress positively into higher education, apprenticeships or careers.

Life beyond Franklin is an exciting prospect for our students, and we want their time here to equip them with the skills they need to take their next steps. Our sector-leading Centre for Professional Development (CfPD) and Aspire and Thrive programmes give students a broader understanding of how to achieve their ambitions and a basis from which they can build a prosperous future.
