Shane Harrison, Associate Principal – Behaviours, Attitudes & Belonging
Biography
Shane joined Franklin College in 2008 after completing his degree and masters in Journalism. He started his journey at Franklin as a teacher of media, and picked up a few other subjects along the way. Shane was then appointed as Head of Department for Level 2, developing a hugely successful bespoke programme for learners requiring more qualifications and skills to access a higher level of study, employment or training. Shane is now the Associate Principal for Behaviours, Attitudes and Belonging, where he oversees the Safeguarding and PPD teams to ensure learners develop both academically and personally, feel supported and integrated in the Franklin community and acquire the tools necessary to thrive.
