Course Content
You'll look at how to advise a client and take on the role of a legal advisor through engaging coursework projects and controlled assessments. Key topics include the English legal system, law-making, criminal law, and tort law. As part of your studies, you'll experience law in a vocational context and have the opportunity to analyse and apply how laws are created. Project-based learning will help you strengthen your knowledge and understanding of the law while applying it to current issues. You'll also further develop your skills through Personal and Professional Development programmes, such as Mock Trial and Debate Club.Your Assessment
