  • Progression - Whether you aspire to go to university, obtain employment, or embark on an apprenticeship, you will work with your coach on an individual progression plan to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
  • Review - This ensures you are making good progress and meeting targets. It is also a chance to ensure you are taking advantage of enrichment opportunities and developing your employability skills.
  • Employability Skills - Coaches and Tutorials assists in developing employability skills. Focus is placed on the skills you may need for your potential career pathway alongside writing CVs, mock interviews and UCAS support.

Pastoral Support

Important issues such as Safeguarding, Prevent, E-safety and Anti-bullying are all covered:

  • Safeguarding - This ensures you are more mindful of how to keep yourself safe and who to speak to if you have any concerns.
  • Prevent - This is part of the Government's Counter Terrorism Strategy and makes you aware of how to reduce the threat of radicalisation.
  • E-Safety - This helps you to think about the consequences of the information you post online.
  • Anti-bullying - This encourages you to treat wach other with respect.
