“I decided to go into an accounting career as I had always enjoyed maths at school and it was a subject I had done well in, so thought accountancy would put that to good use.
“At Franklin I studied A Levels in Maths, English language, German and Government and Politics. I was actually planning on going to university to study accountancy, so the college helped me write my personal statement for the application. I was then able to translate some of this into the job application for Forrester Boyd once I changed direction. I had some great tutors that I was able to go to for advice and job interview tips.
“In my current role I really like going out and meeting with clients to see how their business works and how we can support them to be successful.
“While working at Forrester Boyd I have been able to study AAT and then ACA qualifications”.
