Students Shine in Hull's Electric Car Race

Two of our excellent students (Lucy Donner & Summer Nicole-Peterson) recently took part in Hull's Electric Car Race where they again produced a fantastic performance! The event was part of a competition which awarded prizes to the car which travelled the furthest in one hour with our students finishing in a respectable 7th place despite many competitors.

The car was built by our engineering students and modified by our current Year 2 Engineering student, Kieran Jennings, on the day of the race.  

All three students are endeavouring to embark on careers in the engineering industry and this is just another amazing step on this journey!
