The ACT group of colleges which includes Franklin College, John Leggott College and Wilberforce College are planning a Malta trip which will run in June 2022 and will provide students with 14 days away, staying in three separate destinations taking part in a full itinerary of activities, excursions and cultural visits.
Students will rotate between the locations of Sliema, Bugibba and Xlendi and will take cultural excursions to Valletta and Mdina.
As part of the Malta experience students will be leading activity sessions for students at local primary schools, the international pool, Luxol sports club and the national sports school. Fixtures will also be played against Maltese teams in a range of different sports and it is expected that students will play a part in a range of sports.
Students will have the opportunity to take part in scuba diving, night hike, abseiling, horse experience, hop on hop off sightseeing trip to Gozo, bowling, cinema and cross fit.
All travel, accommodation and food is covered within the trip but students may want to take spending money for non-essential items and souvenirs.
