On Tuesday 5th February, the STEM Career Ready, Engineering and Physics students got the chance to visit BAE Systems at Humberside Airport.
The students got to hear from employees about the opportunities BAE offer and the variety of different apprenticeships they offer.
Students then got to take a tour of the aircraft hangars, watching apprentices in action and seeing how they are trained on site. Students got to hear from current recruits about what their training involves and what it’s like to work with BAE.
This was a fantastic opportunity and a great trip for the students!
