130 Criminology students welcomed PC Dan Goodman from Humberside Police.
This was an insightful talk where Dan discussed his 23 years of policing, including working with violent and sexual offenders, multi-agency working, youth independent advisory groups and working closely with counter terrorism on PREVENT.
The session provided our students with knowledge of different roles within the Police force through first-hand experience and helped them to understand how agencies like the Police work closely with agencies such as Parole and Probation.
