Job Type: Full Time - Teaching Staff

Franklin Sixth Form College is a thriving, successful sixth form college serving North East Lincolnshire and the surrounding rural and coastal area, with around 1,600 full-time 16-18 and 700 part-time adult students. We are a vibrant college and we work hard to make this a supportive and friendly place to study, with every student treated as an individual.

We are an inclusive college with an excellent local reputation, and a firm belief in the value of effective partnerships that support student progress and success.  The College has a strong focus on teaching, learning and assessment.  Our core objective is to maintain our position as a high-achieving and inclusive sixth form college which inspires, supports and motivates our students to achieve their full potential.

In achieving this aim, we recognise the vital role of our staff. We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Engineering, Physics and Applied Science with strong interpersonal skills to join our dedicated team of teachers.  The post is full time, to start as soon as possible.  We would expect the successful candidate would become actively involved in our extensive enrichment programme, and contribute to the broader life of the College. 

You should be appropriately qualified in your specialist subject area (usually to degree level).

Salary for the post will be to a point within the range £22,937 to £38,364 per annum (Sixth Form College scale).
