Franklin College is a thriving, successful sixth form college serving north east Lincolnshire and the surrounding rural and coastal areas, with around 1,700 full-time 16-18 and 500 part-time adult students. A number of exciting opportunities have arisen due to the continued growth of the College and we are therefore seeking to expand our Marketing, Admissions and Schools Liaison team. We need enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join the team to drive forward our plans to improve student communications, engagement and recruitment.

The Marketing and Events Assistant will actively deliver marketing, communications and promotion of Franklin Sixth Form College including supporting recruitment events and our admissions processes. The role is very much to ensure awareness and communication is of a high-standard and consistently.

Our ambitious growth plans make our marketing and communications more important than ever before with the team working hard to develop and deliver new and innovative ways of engaging our target audience.  If you have a genuine passion for customer service, marketing and communication and think you can provide an outstanding marketing and communications service to our College, then look no further.  Previous experience of marketing is essential. A degree in Marketing, or other relevant Marketing qualification would also be advantageous but is not essential.

The salary range for this role is in line with the Sixth Form Colleges Support Staff Pay Spine Point 5-8 £19,328 - £20,771. Please note that this role is term time only, 25 hours per week therefore the pro-rata salary equates to £11,121.33 - £11,951.63. The starting salary will be dependent on previous experience and qualifications.
