Welfare
Franklin College has a welfare system to support students on a one-to-one, private and voluntary basis, covering a rage of issues including housing, independent living, benefits, money, debt, alcohol, drug abuse, personal issues, health, pregnancy, relationships, learning, exam stress etc.
Support may be on a drop in basis or on a more intensive support level depending on the student’s needs. There can also be referrals made to specialist support agencies.
To access support, students need to make an appointment with their Deputy Director at SID (Student Information Desk).
