Franklin College has worked with Stagecoach to offer to all students who enrol in September two new types of travel card:
‘College Rider’ gives unlimited travel on college days and on evenings and weeks during term time in and around Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Immingham, Keelby, Laceby, Waltham, New Waltham and Scartho for £10/week (less than £126/term).
‘College Rider Xtra’ gives the same benefits as the College Rider but with the benefits if travel to and from louth, Brigg, Barton, Alford, Lincoln and Hull for less than £17/week (£210/term).
Application forms are available from Student Services. Passes must be purchased from the Franklin College Finance Window and paid for termly in advance.
Alternatively, students travelling from Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire can still apply to their Local Authority for a reduced rate pass (provided that they fulfil the eligibility requirements):
