Sixteen Art Foundation students from Franklin College are poised to showcase an exciting exhibition of contemporary art and design in a pop up gallery space in the centre of Grimsby. The exhibition titled DAY: 292 will feature works of film, photography, fashion, sculpture and Installation. This talented group of students have already secured offers at some of the most prestigious art course across the country and are hoping to use the exhibition as an opportunity to raise the profile of young local artists and designers. The project has been kindly supported by Our Bigger Picture, ENGIE, North East Lincolnshire Council, Comley Cameras and The Franklin Trust. The students would particularly like to thank Paula Denton for her help in making this event possible.
The show opens with a private view on Friday 30th June 6.00-8.00pm and thereafter on 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th of July 10.00am – 3.00pm. Cartergate House, Grimsby. Free entry
